It's Time for The Rodeo!!
This may not be the "Old West" but we do have a Ranch! R-Ranch straps on the spurs each year to hold the
annual Mountain Top Rodeo, June 23rd & 24th. Events will include: Bareback Bronc Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Steer
Wrestling, Ladies Barrel Racing, Tie Down Roping, Team Roping, Bull Riding, Kid’s Calf Scramble and
much more. Fun for the whole family and plenty of food too!

Treat Dad to some Father's Day Fun!
Wolf Mountain Vineyards & Winery
will host their Fifth Annual Father's Day Barbecue on Sunday, June 17,
will be a casual day for dads and their families - beach music, barbecue pork, baby back ribs, chicken and sausages on the grill,
plus, salads and all the trimmings! $30 per person. Reservations required.

"To Tempt a Trout" at Amicalola State Park -
Learn about trout angling information, tackle, trip preparations, DNR management methods and trout regulations.
The day kicks off with an early morning fishing rodeo for anglers under the age of 15. The pond will open to the
public at noon. The program concludes with a showing of the award-winning film "To Tempt a Trout." $2 parking.

Three Sisters Vineyards hosts this 4th annual event featuring wines from Georgia and around the world. Two days of
gourmet food vendors, folk art, farm exhibits, live music, fun kids area and more. Proceeds
benefit Georgia Charities.

Winetaster's Dinner at Frogtown Cellars -
Come experience a Winetaster's Dinner at Frogtown Cellars, it's a multi courses meal with Frogtown's wines pairing.
Meal and wine for just $35 plus tax and gratuity. Frogtown Cellars is a 52 acres wine growing estate in the Foothills
of the Appalachian Mountains in Dahlonega, GA. Our Timber frame tasting room, nested on top of a hill gives you a
wonderful view over our vineyards and North Georgia Mountains.

Junior Fishing Rodeo at Vogel State Park -
Kids 12 and younger can bring their own gear and bait to fish our stocked stream. The event is non-competitive, and
all boys and girls win prizes. Registration begins at 8 a.m. $2 parking.

Father's Day Barbeque at Wolf Mountain Vineyards -
Wolf Mountain Vineyards & Winery in Dahlonega, GA, will host the fourth annual Father's Day Barbecue Sunday, June 18. A casual day for Dad and family featuring traditional BBQ ribs, chicken and sausages on the grille, with salads and all of the trimmings. Of course our family of Estate Wines will be available for your enjoyment. Advance reservations are required.

16th Annual Mountain Top Rodeo at R Ranch -
Events include bareback bronc riding, steer wrestling, calf roping and the kids' calf scramble. Activities on the
midway will include rock wall climbing, a petting zoo, pony rides and more. Full concessions menu. Midway opens at
6 p.m. both nights, with events beginning at 8 p.m.

Family Day Independence Day Celebration in Dahlonega -
The Fourth of July Family Days is the largest Independence Day celebration in North Georgia and rated one of the
"Top 20 Events" in the Southeast by Southeast Tourism Society. Contests, entertainment, music, great food, and
spectacular fireworks highlight this holiday.
